This blog is for Prudential With-Profits policyholders who may be eligible for their proposed reattribution of the Inherited Estate . Nick Prettejohn, Chief Exec. reported to the Treasury Committee at the end of April 2008 that, having nominated Peter Bloxham as Policyholder Advocate in March 2007 (and set a preliminary eligibility date of 17 March 2007).
Reattribution is a form of legalised theft whereby policyholdrs are being encouraged to accept a bribe in return for which they give up all rights to approx. £9Bn of THEIR money which the Pru has skimmed off the top of their mighty With-Profits Fund into the Inherited Estate.
